Welcome!
Step Beyond helps young men between the ages of 18 and 24 successfully transition from home or an otherwise structured setting to independent adulthood. While attending school or work full time, the youth will learn to balance the privileges of independent living with their corresponding responsibilities in the safe environment of the transitional living home.
The Learn Do Become Method

First the young men will learn the skills (daily living, social, emotional intelligence, etc.) necessary to succeed in the real world. |

Then they will be encouraged to do, or apply those skills in everyday situations with the supervision of our staff. |
|
 |
After progressing through levels of increased freedoms and responsibilities, the youth will become adults capable of navigating their world. |
